當(dāng)然,從服務(wù)的角度上來(lái)說(shuō),這樣回復(fù)肯定是不行的,顧客的差評(píng),往往是兩方面的原因,無(wú)論是哪方面的原因,都不要硬碰硬,好好溝通最重要。
那如何處理差評(píng)呢?掌握回復(fù)差評(píng)的4點(diǎn)要素,有機(jī)會(huì)挽回顧客的心。

1回復(fù)及時(shí)當(dāng)收到差評(píng)時(shí),及時(shí)回復(fù)對(duì)顧客會(huì)給顧客留下“負(fù)責(zé)任”的好印象,證明你重視顧客的不滿(mǎn),可以緩解顧客情緒。
2安撫情緒收到差評(píng)時(shí),首先換位思考一下,對(duì)于給出差評(píng)的顧客有情緒是難免的。作為商家,先不必急著辯解,而是先以溫和的態(tài)度去安撫對(duì)方的情緒,真誠(chéng)的表達(dá)我們的歉意,服務(wù)用不用心,瞬間就能看出來(lái)。
3客氣禮貌,稱(chēng)呼到位關(guān)于對(duì)顧客的稱(chēng)呼,主人、上帝、先生、女士、陛下、小公主、客官......很多詞匯都可以選用,但是需要切合評(píng)價(jià)環(huán)境使用。比如客觀事實(shí)嚴(yán)重惡化,評(píng)價(jià)顯示用戶(hù)非常生氣,切勿使用輕浮用詞,盡量先生女士正式些,或者是討好式的稱(chēng)呼。

4提出解決方案,并承諾改進(jìn)客觀原因產(chǎn)生的差評(píng),一定要說(shuō)明原因,并提供相應(yīng)的解決措施。有些差評(píng)并非都是商家的錯(cuò),但也不能直接懟回去,可以禮貌的解釋清楚,如果顧客不理解,可以主動(dòng)問(wèn)顧客的要求。
一般在解決問(wèn)題時(shí),最好是要求顧客留下聯(lián)系方式,打電話(huà)溝通會(huì)顯得真誠(chéng),好評(píng)也要積極回復(fù),要感謝顧客的購(gòu)買(mǎi),經(jīng)?;?dòng)拉進(jìn)與顧客之間的距離。
