目前咖啡館設(shè)計的現(xiàn)況直接的說,基本上是通過VI進(jìn)行品牌區(qū)分的,因為空間設(shè)計基于運營的安全,大家的風(fēng)格基本一致。當(dāng)然,我不是否定這樣的操作,但當(dāng)咖啡館趨于復(fù)合經(jīng)營模式的時候,設(shè)計風(fēng)格便可以更加靈活多變。特別是當(dāng)今西式餐吧作為咖啡館的升級形式,更應(yīng)該擺脫咖啡館的“常態(tài)”感。用空間設(shè)計拉開品牌識別度,現(xiàn)在不做,更待何時?2016的洗牌已經(jīng)開始……
