吃完直接扔掉瓜皮就行了,好爽啦~這款南瓜布丁盅做法真的超簡(jiǎn)單的,將所有材料攪拌均勻,倒入挖空的貝貝南瓜盅里,放入烤箱就搞定,如果沒有烤箱的朋友,可以直接上鍋蒸熟。

貝貝南瓜3個(gè)(約260克/個(gè))蒸熟南瓜肉90克雞蛋2個(gè)牛奶120克淡奶油30克糖10克

①南瓜洗干凈,熱水上鍋蒸10分鐘

⑦預(yù)熱烤箱160度,南瓜布丁液倒入南瓜盅,大概八分滿左右
