①預(yù)熱烤箱160度牛奶和玉米油攪拌均勻,完全乳化

④打發(fā)蛋清,分三次加入細(xì)砂糖,打發(fā)至濕性發(fā)泡,大彎勾的狀態(tài)?

⑤先取三分之一蛋白與蛋黃糊翻拌均勻
