步驟:1. 吉利丁片在冰水中泡軟,瀝干水分備用

步驟:1. 取適量的塑形巧克力,揉搓(注意保持溫度的平衡,防止融化)

2. 搓成細長條,借助刮板在烘焙紙上來回滾動成直徑3mm的均勻圓棍

3. 扭成麻花狀,切成適合的長短,作為炮竹的引火線

5. 凍好的慕斯蛋糕體脫模,抹上一層薄薄的鏡面果膠

今年的春節(jié)與以往有很大的不同尤其是我們烘焙圈多了很多原創(chuàng)的、中國元素的甜點甚至很多國外的chef或者品牌也特地推出了中國春節(jié)元素的甜點這是一種對傳統(tǒng)文化的繼承和創(chuàng)新也是中國甜點意識的覺醒大年三十雖然靠這個炮竹蛋糕應了景但貼春聯(lián)、年夜飯啥的還是少不了的我謹代表伊莎莉卡的小伙伴們祝大家新年快樂,豬事如意,萬事大吉感恩一路有大家的陪伴我麻麻喊我去吃肉肉了明天再來給大家拜年哦~
