今天教大家做一款我很喜歡的餅干,簡單易做又好吃!不需要打發(fā),基本就是將所有的材料搓成酥粒,鋪入模具,送入烤箱,ok啦,是不是比曲奇餅干簡單多了

這款果醬酥餅,中間加入了大量的藍(lán)莓果醬,很好平衡了黃油的厚重感,上層是烤香的堅(jiān)果,讓這款餅干吃起來的口感更加豐富。

一塊酥餅滿滿全是料,中間溢出的果醬,上層金黃的堅(jiān)果碎,輕輕掰開,掉渣渣了~吃的時(shí)候呢,必須一手拿著酥餅,一手在底下兜著渣渣,第一口先是酥松,濃郁的黃油奶香,然后果酸味慢慢刺激著味蕾,越吃越香的是上層的堅(jiān)果,分分鐘連掉在手上的餅干碎也吃干凈。

模具:20cm*20cm無鹽黃油140克低筋面粉280克奶粉20克糖粉40克蛋黃2個果醬適量堅(jiān)果碎30克蔓越莓干10克

①冷藏的黃油,不需要軟化,直接切成小塊,篩入低筋面粉

②加入糖粉和奶粉,用刮板切拌均勻,盡量把黃油切碎,均勻裹滿面粉

③加入蛋黃,先切拌均勻,然后戴上手套,搓成顆粒狀

④預(yù)熱烤箱180度模具鋪上油紙,倒入一般的酥粒,鋪平以后,壓緊壓實(shí),特別是四角也要壓扎實(shí)一些

⑤加入一層果醬,可以按照個人喜好,加入藍(lán)莓果醬、草莓果醬等等,也可以做成雙拼的

⑥撒上剩余的酥粒,不需要壓實(shí),鋪平就可以了

⑦再撒上堅(jiān)果碎和蔓越莓干

⑧放入已經(jīng)提前預(yù)熱好的烤箱,180度,烘烤30-35分鐘,烤至表面金黃色即可

⑨出爐以后,不要急著脫模,剛出爐的酥餅很軟,稍微放涼,再提起油紙脫模

⑩完全放涼就可以切塊,一邊切,一邊掉渣渣,太酥松了~
