外皮(可直接使用春卷皮)溫水60g玉米油15g雞蛋?1個(gè)檸檬汁7g普通面粉200g?鹽2g黃油適量?jī)?nèi)餡:蘋果約450g細(xì)砂糖100g面包屑50g?核桃55g蔓越莓干50g肉桂粉(可省略)適量材料說(shuō)明:如果想偷懶的話,可以直接使用超市售賣的春卷皮!炸春卷用的那種~這樣直接做內(nèi)餡包進(jìn)去就好啦~

①攪拌碗中加入溫水、玉米油、檸檬汁和雞蛋,攪拌大致均勻

②向面粉中加入鹽,然后倒入上一步的混合物,用刮刀攪拌至沒有干粉

③用手將面團(tuán)揉摔至表面光滑不粘(大概需要約10分鐘)

④裝入保鮮袋中(或蓋好保鮮膜),室溫下醒發(fā)1小時(shí)

⑤蘋果削皮去核,切成小細(xì)長(zhǎng)條狀或小片狀,放入碗中

⑥向蘋果細(xì)條里加入白砂糖、面包屑、肉桂粉、核桃碎、蔓越莓干,攪拌均勻

⑨用小刀切去面片較厚的四邊

⑩提前預(yù)熱烤箱至180度
?黃油加熱至融化,均勻涂在面皮表面

?將拌好的餡料鋪在面皮的一側(cè)(短邊),不要沿著邊鋪,要稍稍留出大概3-5cm的空白

?借助底下的墊子將留白的面皮翻起覆蓋在餡料上,輕輕將表面的面皮整理平整,繼續(xù)拿著墊子推動(dòng)餡料向前滾動(dòng),直至滾完,將兩邊多出來(lái)的部分收到蘋果卷底下

?借助墊子將蘋果卷移到墊有油紙的烤盤上,表面涂上融化的黃油液
