披薩面團:①將面粉放入攪拌碗中,在面粉堆表面戳三個洞,分別放入糖、鹽和酵母,然后用刮刀稍作攪拌,大致混合均勻

②分多次加入水,每次少量,邊加水邊用手揉面,揉成一個面團,然后繼續(xù)揉直到揉出手套膜

⑤撒入香料粉和番茄丁,攪拌均勻,小火繼續(xù)熬至食材,煮沸即可備用

⑧圓形模具內(nèi)涂油,然后將披薩皮鋪進模具內(nèi),留出一點富裕的邊
