- 咖啡重度用戶:有一小波咖啡的重度愛好者,不滿足于喝一杯商業(yè)咖啡,他們更喜歡喝小眾的咖啡館,喜歡去喝那種原產地的咖啡豆等等。 咖啡店需要同時滿足用戶的兩種需求,一是在咖啡店進行社交活動,出門約見時選擇一個商業(yè)場所的咖啡館,是個很自然的場景。在這里,用戶的首要需求并不是喝咖啡,而是用咖啡的錢買了一個會見地點,包括那些抱著蘋果本完成工作的人,把線下咖啡館說成場地分時租賃一點都不為過,顯然連鎖咖啡店就是這樣的模式?! ×硪环矫?,也有單純?yōu)榱丝Х认M的用戶,不管是在店里還是外賣拿走,消費場景并不重要,但是對于這樣需求的用戶,咖啡的口味,也就是產品本身很重要。
