糯米粉75g+45g細(xì)砂糖75g熱開(kāi)水70g白芝麻適量

②蓋保鮮膜,上蒸鍋,大火蒸半小時(shí)。熟透的面糊,不會(huì)有粉漿流出。

③碗中加45g糯米粉,放入蒸熟的面團(tuán)。戴手套將糯米粉揉進(jìn)面團(tuán),直到面團(tuán)細(xì)膩光滑。

④蓋保鮮膜松弛半小時(shí)。

⑤再把面團(tuán)搟薄,由于糯米面團(tuán)質(zhì)地Q彈,搟的時(shí)候要有耐心,最終厚度約0.5厘米。

⑥接著,按0.5厘米間隔,切成條狀。

⑨開(kāi)中小火,胚條冷油下鍋。隨著油溫上升,胚條會(huì)逐漸膨脹并上浮。

⑩保持中小火,油溫不用太高,炸10-15分鐘,至色澤金黃,即可撈出控油。
